ABOUT THE EVENT
is a 2 hours - OPEN STUDIO SESSION night designed for both - beginners & those with previous experience from our courses. It’s a space to experiment, create freely, and work independently, with gentle guidance from the teacher whenever needed.
If you are coming as a complete beginner we strongly recommend to book one of our intro - 1 Day or 2 Day Workshops or Ceramic Design Courses to get the basics of handbuilding and glazing before the open studio sessions however you will have guidance some if you decide to book open studio right away.
Together, we experiment how to shape our ideas while embracing the natural flow of the clay. The focus is on slowing down, beginning again, experimenting, and discovering your own way to build a unique piece in a calm and supportive atmosphere.
By the end of the session, you can decide whether you’d like to keep your piece and have it wrapped in plastic to continue next sessions to glaze and fire it at the studio, or take it home as a raw unfired decorative object.
Open Studio - Holder
Our sessions are held by a team of experienced and talented ceramic artists. The teacher for the session might vary, but we ensure you, that you are in safe hands and are going to have the most beautiful time crafting ceramics.

Firing & glazing costs: 5€ small piece // 10€ big piece
4 SESSION PASS TICKET: 150 € for 4 sessions ( to be used in different Relax & Clay dates through 1 year validity)
